Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Proven experience (3-5 years) in sales and dealer management, preferably in consumer electronics or eCommerce, with a focus on products such as projectors, AV equipment, or similar technology.

Strong knowledge of the projector market, product features, and sales trends.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with external partners.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and competitor activity.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple dealers and sales channels effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

We are a dynamic eCommerce company specializing in high-quality projectors and projection solutions for a variety of consumer and professional applications. As the market for home entertainment, education, and business solutions continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Sales and Dealer Manager to drive our sales channels, manage dealer relationships, and ensure our products reach customers efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealer Relationship Management: Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with dealers and distributors across various regions to ensure a robust sales network. Provide dealers with the necessary tools and support to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the projector market. Work with dealers to execute these strategies, including promotional campaigns, pricing models, and bundling offers that align with both company and dealer objectives.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular sales reports to senior management. Forecast sales growth and monitor dealer performance to ensure alignment with company targets and objectives.

Product Training & Support: Train dealers on the features, benefits, and selling points of our projectors, helping them communicate product advantages effectively to their customers. Offer ongoing support to dealers to ensure they are well-equipped to drive product sales.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Keep up-to-date with market trends, new projector technologies, and competitor offerings. Identify opportunities to grow the dealer network and adjust sales strategies to stay competitive in the market.

Promotional Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing to design and implement marketing strategies and promotional offers aimed at boosting sales through dealers. Monitor the effectiveness of these campaigns and adjust as necessary.

Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with dealers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Oversee the implementation of these contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor dealer performance against sales targets and KPIs, providing regular feedback and taking corrective action when necessary. Ensure that all dealers are meeting the company’s standards for product knowledge, customer service, and sales activity.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with eCommerce, inventory management, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service for both dealers and end customers.
