Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Engineer to join our team at Wzatco. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining LED projectors to ensure optimal functionality and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the service team and interact with customers to deliver high-quality technical support.
Repair and Maintenance:
- Diagnose and repair LED projectors, identifying faults in hardware and software.
- Perform routine maintenance on projectors, including calibration, lens cleaning, and software updates.
- Replace faulty components such as lamps, lenses, and internal parts.
Technical Support:
- Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for customers experiencing projector issues.
- Offer technical assistance for projector setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct functional testing after repairs to ensure that projectors meet performance standards.
- Verify and validate that repaired units are fully operational and ready for customer use.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain a stock of parts and supplies for repairs.
- Ensure the timely order and availability of replacement components.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions.
- Provide regular reports on service activities, including time spent on repairs, parts used, and customer feedback.
